SaaS / Zoho Solutions / Digital Transformation About the Role We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth for our SaaS and Digital Transformation services.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, client relationship management, and enterprise solution selling.
The role involves handling end-to-end sales activities for CRM, ERP, Low-Code, Automation, and Cloud solutions across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Generate and manage qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels.
Drive complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Conduct discovery calls, requirement understanding sessions, and product positioning.
Present SaaS and business automation solutions to CXOs, founders, and business stakeholders
. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Client Engagement
Understand customer business challenges and propose suitable technology solutions.
Coordinate with presales, technical, and implementation teams for demos and proposals.
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Follow up consistently on proposals, negotiations, and pending closures. Strategic Sales Identify new market opportunities and industry verticals.
Create account growth strategies for enterprise and mid-market customers. Support partnership and channel development initiatives
. Track competition, pricing trends, and market positioning. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT services sales.
Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, Automation, or Cloud solutions.
Experience in consultative selling and enterprise solution sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to independently manage client discussions and closures.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills. Preferred
Experience selling Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft, ERP, or Low-Code solutions.
Exposure to industries like Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, or Professional Services.
Experience working with implementation or consulting companies. Target Profile Self-driven and highly organized.
