Job Title: Civil Engineer – Site Execution (RCC to Finishing)

Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and supervise construction activities from RCC stage to final finishing and handover.
- Execute and monitor RCC works including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural components.
- Supervise masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Review construction drawings and resolve site execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and site records.
Key Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Hands-on experience in handling projects from RCC stage to finishing stage is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and project coordination.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidates must have practical experience in executing construction projects from RCC structure to finishing and final handover.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University.
