Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager with 2–4 years of hands-on experience who can not only execute content but also lead strategy, manage clients, and drive measurable results across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to handle multiple brands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies
- Manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X
- Create content calendars, captions, and hashtags
- Track performance & share reports and insights
- Stay updated with trends (Reels, short-form, etc.)
- Coordinate with design team for creatives
- Handle client communication & expectations
- Manage engagement (comments, DMs)
- Support campaigns & influencer collaborations
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in social media/digital marketing
- Strong strategy, communication & client handling skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools & scheduling tools
- Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop)
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects
