About the Role
TechGropse is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working closely with product, business, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, and software products.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user interactions across products.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a software development company, digital agency, or product-based organization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design constraints is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience designing SaaS, AI, E-commerce, Healthcare, FinTech, or Enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
