Job Summary
Voicene Technologies is looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketer – Google Ads Expert to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads campaign strategy, optimization, conversion tracking, and lead generation/eCommerce growth.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and business growth for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Shopping Ads
- Performance Max (PMax)
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Conduct:
- Keyword research
- Competitor analysis
- Audience targeting
- Negative keyword optimization
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics:
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- CPA
- Impression Share
- Setup and manage:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion tracking
- Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking
- Google Merchant Center
- Optimize ad copies, extensions, assets, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign reports and provide actionable insights for growth
- Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to improve campaign performance
- Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, policies, and automation trends
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Search Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Shopping Ads
- Conversion Tracking
- GA4 & GTM
- Understanding of:
- Lead generation funnels
- Ecommerce marketing
- Audience segmentation
- Remarketing strategies
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Shopify or WooCommerce marketing
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Meta Ads
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or Looker Studio
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Google Ads Certifications are preferred
