About the Role
ClubCode Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Zoho Developer who can independently understand business requirements, design scalable Zoho solutions, communicate confidently with clients, and take ownership of implementation from requirement gathering through deployment.
This is not purely a development role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with Indian as well as overseas clients, participating in solution discussions, explaining technical possibilities in business language, and representing ClubCode Technology professionally.
The ideal candidate should be ambitious, technically strong, client-facing, and interested in building a long-term career with a growing Zoho consulting and technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions across the Zoho ecosystem.
- Work extensively with applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications depending on project requirements.
- Develop custom functions, workflows, automations, APIs, integrations, and business logic using Deluge, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Understand client business processes and translate requirements into practical Zoho solutions.
- Participate in discovery calls, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, UAT discussions, and client training.
- Communicate confidently with both Indian and international clients.
- Troubleshoot complex implementation and integration issues.
- Guide junior developers when required and review implementation quality.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure proper project handover.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other internal teams.
- Be willing to travel to client locations when a project or business requirement demands it.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience working with Zoho.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Creator and/or Zoho CRM.
- Good knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
- Understanding of workflow automation, approval processes, data architecture, permissions, and role-based access.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Confidence to communicate directly with domestic and overseas clients.
- Ability to independently manage technical discussions and explain solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional, responsible, and ownership-oriented approach towards projects.
Travel & Client-Site Opportunities
The role may occasionally require travel to a client location within India or internationally.
For approved official client visits, ClubCode Technology Pvt Ltd will take care of applicable:
- Visa expenses
- Air/train travel
- Hotel stay
- Accommodation
- Other approved business-travel arrangements
Candidates should therefore be comfortable and flexible about travelling when required for project delivery, consulting, client workshops, implementation, or other business requirements.
