Job Title: State Head – DDU-GKY (Punjab)
Location: Punjab
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to lead DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) operations across Punjab. The role involves overall project management, government coordination, compliance, and ensuring successful implementation of skill development programs in the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of DDU-GKY projects in Punjab
- Coordinate with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and other government departments
- Ensure strict compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Oversee training centers, mobilization drives, and placement activities
- Achieve targets related to enrollment, training completion, certification, and placements
- Maintain accurate MIS, documentation, and reporting systems
- Handle inspections, audits, and monitoring visits by authorities
- Develop employer partnerships for candidate placements
- Manage state-level team, trainers, and center staff
- Ensure quality standards in training delivery and candidate outcomes
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skill development projects (DDU-GKY experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of government schemes and compliance processes
- Proven experience in team management and operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel across Punjab

Preferred Candidate Profile
