About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Semi Qualified Company Secretary to support the Legal & Compliance function across group entities including E-commerce, Insurance Broking, NBFC, and Fintech businesses.
The role is primarily coordination-focused and involves assisting in statutory compliance management, documentation, regulatory follow-ups, secretarial activities, and inter-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate and track compliance requirements across group companies.
- Assist in maintaining compliance calendars, statutory records, and filing trackers.
- Follow up with internal departments and external consultants for timely submissions and closures.
- Support in preparation and filing of returns, forms, and compliance documentation with ROC, RBI, IRDAI, and other authorities.
2. Secretarial Support
- Assist in organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
- Draft agendas, notices, resolutions, minutes, and maintain statutory registers.
- Coordinate for execution and safekeeping of corporate documents and agreements.
- Maintain records related to corporate governance and secretarial compliances.
3. Legal Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate for drafting, review, and execution of agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
- Maintain legal document repositories and trackers.
- Liaise with external legal counsels, consultants, and regulatory authorities for documentation and follow-ups.
- Support in handling legal notices, responses, and compliance-related communication.
4. Regulatory & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with stakeholders across E-commerce, Insurance Broking, NBFC, and Fintech verticals for compliance-related activities.
- Assist in implementation of internal policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Support in audit coordination and documentation requirements.
- Monitor updates in regulatory requirements and escalate relevant changes.
5. Administrative Support
- Maintain organized documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and regulatory deadlines.
- Support management with day-to-day compliance and governance activities.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Companies Act, Corporate Laws, and Secretarial Practices.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong drafting and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
Qualification & Experience
- Semi Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI pursuing / cleared Executive or Professional level).
- LLB or compliance-related exposure will be an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in Legal, Secretarial, or Compliance functions.
- Exposure to NBFC, Fintech, Insurance Broking, or E-commerce industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
