Key Responsibilities
* Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable international holiday packages.
* Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
* Promote and sell travel products and services to prospective customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements and timely support.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities regularly.
* Stay informed about international destinations, visa requirements, travel trends, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in **English, Telugu, and Hindi**.
* Enthusiasm, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
* Basic computer operating knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and internet applications.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Candidates with prior experience in travel sales, customer service, tele-sales, or marketing will have an added advantage.
* Any Graduate/Undergraduate with a passion for sales and the travel industry can apply.
Compensation & Benefits
