### About the Role
F Walks is looking for a proactive and experienced **Casting Intern** to assist in sourcing, scouting, and managing models, actors, influencers, and creators for various brand campaigns and casting projects.

### Experience Required
- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in any of the following:
* Talent Acquisition
* Recruitment
* Casting Coordination
* Influencer Management
* Talent Scouting
* Social Media Management
* Media & Entertainment Industry
### Key Responsibilities
- Source and scout talent through Instagram, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with models, actors, influencers, and creators.
- Manage talent databases and profile records.
- Understand client requirements and help shortlist suitable talent.
- Coordinate auditions, casting calls, and profile submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent and industry contacts.
- Handle outreach via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
### Eligibility
- Students, recent graduates, or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Background in Mass Communication, Media & Entertainment, Marketing, Public Relations (PR), Event Management, Fashion Communication, BBA, or related fields preferred.
### Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, casting, influencer management, or talent scouting.
- Active user of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Good organisational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and online tools.
- Interest in fashion, media, entertainment, influencer marketing, or talent management.
