We are looking for a proactive and creative Office & Social Media Manager to join our gifting business.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with workers and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage order processing, inventory coordination, and dispatch tracking.
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, requirements, and follow-ups.
Social Media & Content
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Shoot product photos and videos using a mobile phone or camera.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, packaging processes, and product showcases.
- Assist in planning content calendars, reels, stories, and posts.
- Basic editing skills for reels, photos, and social media creatives.
Requirements:
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable managing a team and coordinating with workers.
- Hands-on experience with mobile photography/videography.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is preferred.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who can take ownership of both office operations and social media presence, is creative with content, confident in dealing with clients, and can ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
