Eligibility
- Candidates must have completed at least one prior internship in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Freshers without internship experience will not be considered.
- Must be comfortable working on-site from the Noida office.
- Must have their own laptop for work purposes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining a sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in outreach activities, follow-ups, and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business development documents.
- Assist in competitor analysis and market intelligence gathering.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and business growth initiatives.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales performance.
Requirements
- Prior internship experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related domain.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Note: This is an on-site internship based in Noida. Candidates must be available for the full 3-month tenure and possess their own laptop.
