JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales & Marketing Executive | B2C Sales | Client Relationship | Rajkot

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with strong B2C sales and client relationship skills. Candidates from any industry with a proven sales background are welcome to apply. Industry experience in art or interior products is not mandatory—we provide complete product training.
This role combines inside sales, client relationship management, showroom handling, and B2C business development.
Key Responsibilities In-House Client Handling
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the gallery.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present suitable artwork, décor products, and customization options.
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, installation process, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to order confirmation.
- Maintain the visual presentation and display of the gallery.
B2C Sales & Business Development
- Generate residential customer leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Follow up on leads received through social media, WhatsApp, website, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings at the gallery or customer locations when required.
- Coordinate with designers and production teams for customized client requirements.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.
- Collect customer feedback after project completion.
Marketing Support
- Assist in executing B2C marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and product launches.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in closing deals.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Interest in art, home décor, furniture, architecture, or interior design will be preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Retail Sales, Corporate Sales, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, Real Estate, FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Consumer Durables, or any customer-facing industry.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling customers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Home Décor, Furniture, Interior Design, Architecture, or Luxury Products will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Location: Rajkot (In-person)
