Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with the company’s brand and messaging. You will collaborate with other departments, including marketing and content teams, to produce high-quality digital and print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create engaging visuals for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and create visual assets that support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare files for print, web, and digital platforms ensuring they meet technical specifications.
- Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms (desktop, mobile, social media).
- Edit and retouch photos and illustrations to meet brand aesthetics.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
