Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client relationships, closing property deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, site visits, and client meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain data in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closure of deals
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of CRM and sales processes preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
