- 9 years of experience in a product owner for native mobile applications, preferably in client-facing digital products.
- Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSPO).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms
- Own and manage the mobile app product backlog (iOS & Android), ensuring clear prioritization aligned to business and customer goals.
- Lead day‑to‑day execution for an Agile Scrum team, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint scope to deliver high‑quality mobile features.
- Represent the customer in the team by providing context on user needs, journeys, and expected outcomes.
- Understand business strategy and customer goals. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the customer and business and regularly monitor progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with analytics and engineering to monitor mobile KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, and app performance.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance app stability, usability, and performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the Scrum team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery.
- Communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies regularly to stakeholders and team members.
