Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing, order management, promotions, inventory, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & other marketplaces
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and attributes
- Monitor and manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer issues
- Maintain marketplace inventory
- Resolve account-related issues and maintain good seller performance/ratings
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketplace performance
Shopify – Added Advantage
Knowledge of Shopify will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel
- Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotions is a plus
