Job Description – Business Development Associate
Career Leaders is hiring Business Development Associates to expand our institutional partnerships and generate leads for our various educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit nearby schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational institutions regularly.
- Promote Career Leaders’ courses and educational programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, institutes, teachers, and management.
- Identify and explore opportunities for collaborations, tie-ups, seminars, workshops, and student outreach programs.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute towards student enrollments and admissions.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and institutional partnerships.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and enrollment targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with field visits and meeting school/institute representatives.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales/Business Development experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
