Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our dialysis products division. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, dialysis centers, healthcare institutions, doctors, and other potential clients to promote and generate sales of dialysis-related medical products.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing departments.
Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, dialysis centers, clinics, and healthcare institutions regularly.
Promote and market dialysis products to doctors, biomedical teams, purchase departments, and hospital management.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, payments, and order execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
Participate in medical exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field preferred.
Experience in medical device, healthcare, pharma, or hospital sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and field marketing skills may also apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Basic knowledge of hospitals and healthcare procurement processes is an advantage.
Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
