We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage HR operations and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices within the FMCG or Pharma industry.
Ensuring compliance with all labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Supporting management in HR policy implementation and employee relations.
Prepare and submit statutory returns and documentation as required by government authorities.
Liaise with labour consultants, auditors, and government officials for compliance matters.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and statutory registrations.
Maintenance of statutory registers, quarterly and yearly returns of labour department.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
