This role involves managing the complete B2C sales cycle for global markets. *Key Responsibilities:* * Engage with outbound international leads (US/Canada/UK). * Conduct career counselling via calls, WhatsApp, and email. * Recommend appropriate IT courses based on learner needs. * Manage follow-ups and close enrollments. * Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets. * Maintain CRM, MIS, and lead tracking. * Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding. *Requirements:* * 1-6 years of experience in international B2C sales, EdTech sales, or voice process. * Strong English communication skills. * Comfortable working night shifts. * Proven persuasion, objection handling, and closing ability. * Target-driven with incentive motivation. *Benefits:* * Two-way cab facility (within 10 km radius) * Paid training and structured sales process * Fast-track growth: Consultant → Team Lead → Sales Manager
