Knowledge and Skills Required
- Expert knowledge of IT Configuration Management processes.
- Experience in ServiceNow CMDB.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM Model.
- Clear understanding of Business Capabilities, Business Applications, Application Services, Middleware Infra, Service Offerings and so on.
- Able to work with Customer stakeholders which are Business Application Owners, Infra CI owners.
- Experience in performing CMDB audit and Remediation.
- Solution Oriented mind set & be able to provide recommendations for the current and future platform.
- Familiar with the processes that consume CMDB data e.g., I ncident, Problem, SDLC, Asset, and Change
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills on maintaining CMDB data integrity.
- Able to generate reports for KPIs.
- Excellent collaboration, customer service, and communication skills to work in a team environment.
