About The Role
Châlet D’Or is looking for a highly presentable, polished, and service-oriented Barista who can deliver a refined luxury hospitality experience inside premium showrooms including jewellery houses, couture boutiques, luxury furniture stores, and other elite retail destinations.
This is not a regular café job — the role requires elegance, confidence, communication skills, and exceptional guest handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffees, teas, matcha, mocktails, and signature beverages
- Maintain luxury-level presentation and service standards
- Interact confidently with high-profile clients and showroom guests
- Create a warm, sophisticated, and memorable customer experience
- Handle serving etiquette, table presentation, and hospitality setup professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the service area
- Assist in luxury event setups and VIP guest service when required
- Coordinate smoothly with showroom staff and Châlet D’Or management
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Excellent personality and well-groomed appearance
- Prior experience in café, hospitality, luxury retail, airline, hotel, or fine dining preferred
- Strong confidence, etiquette, and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work in premium luxury environments
- Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service preferred
