Job Description – Waiter (experience)
Position: Waiter
Restaurant: Pepper Monkey Restaurant, Daman
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Waiter to manage restaurant service and ensure a great dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Supervise and guide waiters during service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Have good knowledge of the menu and recommend dishes to guests.
- Manage table allocation and smooth service during busy hours.
- Support the restaurant management in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Senior Waiter preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and guide the service team.
- Professional, polite, and well-groomed.
- Able to work efficiently during busy shifts.
