Role Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our entire digital marketing roadmap across SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and social channels. The ideal candidate lives and breathes analytics, loves testing new growth tactics, and knows how to translate marketing spend into measurable revenue/lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy to scale customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Paid Media (Performance Marketing): Manage and optimize budgets for paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other programmatic networks.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee search engine optimization efforts (on-page, off-page, and technical) to drive organic traffic growth.
- Funnel Optimization & Email: Map out user journeys, build automated email marketing workflows, and execute lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates. Deliver actionable insights to the executive team.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and copy to consistently maximize ROI.
- Team & Vendor Leadership: Collaborate with internal creative teams and manage external agencies, freelancers, or contractors to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience managing successful B2B or B2C digital marketing campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM/automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo).
- Ad Management: Hands-on experience scaling budgets and optimizing ads on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-analysis skills. You don't just pull data; you can tell a story with it and pivot strategies based on results.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
