Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in talent acquisition, and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve hiring targets.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labour laws.
- Resolve employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
- Coordinate training and development programmes for employees.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and recruitment analytics for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Prior experience in team handling and people management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
