We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Servicing Executive who can handle end-to-end project coordination for signage projects after sales. This role blends client servicing, operations, and team coordination.
Job location : Dera Village, Near Greenways Nursery, Chhatarpur, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client coordination post-sales
Track project timelines & progress
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Handle delays, reporting & invoicing support
Focus on client satisfaction & retention
Requirements:
2 - 3 years experience in customer support/project coordination/operations
Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & CRM tools
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Mandatory:
Experience in Signage/Retail/Advertising Industry
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
