Position Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and client engagements. The role includes handling domestic and international clients, overseeing audits and regulatory compliances, and leading a team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Exposure to NBFCs and foreign clients is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review bookkeeping, accounting, and financial statements of domestic & foreign clients
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other compliance matters
- Manage NBFC-related accounting, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate for audit, MIS, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Handle client communication and resolve operational/compliance queries
- Supervise operations team and review team deliverables
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to compliance timelines
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities wherever required
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliances
- Experience in client handling and team management
- NBFC and foreign client exposure will be preferred
