Assistant Manager / Manager – Outreach & Admissions

Preferred Industry Background: Design Colleges, Design Schools, or Universities with Design Program Admissions experience.
The Manager / Assistant Manager – Outreach & Admissions will be responsible for driving student enrolment through outreach initiatives, school engagement, education fairs, career counseling activities, channel partner management, and lead generation efforts. The role focuses on building relationships with schools, consultants, and key stakeholders while ensuring achievement of admission targets and enhancing the institution's visibility.
Execute outreach and admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Generate quality leads through schools, events, consultants, and referral networks.
Support admission conversion initiatives and student recruitment activities.
Identify new schools, cities, and territories for outreach expansion.
Build relationships with school principals, counselors, and management.
Conduct career guidance sessions, presentations, and workshops.
Organize campus visits and student interaction programs.
Coordinate participation in education fairs, open houses, and admission events.
Manage event planning, execution, and lead collection activities.
Track event outcomes and admissions generated.
Develop and maintain relationships with education consultants and channel partners.
Support onboarding and engagement of new partners.
Monitor partner performance and admissions contribution.
Ensure timely follow-up of prospective student inquiries.
Track enquiry-to-admission conversion metrics.
Work closely with admission counselors to improve conversion rates.
Support and guide outreach executives and counselors.
Monitor performance against assigned targets.
Conduct regular reviews and training sessions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
Generate periodic reports and MIS dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Education
Experience
Assistant Manager: 4–7 years
Manager: 6–10 years
Experience in Higher Education Admissions, Outreach, Student Recruitment, or Education Sales.
Preference for candidates from Design Colleges, Design Schools, or Universities handling Design Program Admissions.
