Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewelry retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry products, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewelry products based on their preferences and requirements.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including gold, diamond, silver, gemstone, and other jewelry collections.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and product display arrangements.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product security.
- Stay updated on current jewelry trends, promotions, and company offerings.
- Follow company policies regarding billing, cash handling, and customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewelry retail sales or luxury retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of jewelry products, gemstones, and precious metals is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
