Position: Business Development Executive- SPM Products

Role Overview:
The Business Development role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The position requires strong market knowledge, customer engagement, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business in machine manufacturing, SPMs, and industrial automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Engage with OEMs, end-users, and EPC customers to understand requirements and propose solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct techno-commercial discussions and prepare proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with application, design, and service teams to deliver customer solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Support sales closure, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and business plans for management.

Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics).
2–4 years of experience in business development / sales in machine manufacturing, SPM, automation, or engineering industry.
Experience in handling OEMs, project sales, or solution-based selling preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
