We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in FMCG or Dairy product sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets by expanding the customer base across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, wholesalers, and key customers.
- Promote and sell the company's FMCG and dairy products to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular feedback to management.
- Collect customer orders, coordinate timely deliveries, and ensure prompt payment collections.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG and/or Dairy product sales.
- Experience in handling distributor and retail sales is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in dairy brands, beverages, packaged foods, or consumer goods will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local FMCG market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools).
Requirements
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidates residing in or around Kollam and Attingal will be given preference.
