- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Prepare salary statements, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Manage attendance, leave records, incentives, and deductions.
- Prepare and maintain HR letters and employee records.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Maintain employee master data and personnel records.
- Manage resignation and exit processes.
- Conduct exit formalities and documentation.
- Process Full & Final Settlement and relieving documents.
- Handle PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain Labour License and related statutory registrations.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and renewals.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
