Job Title: Relationship management Trainee

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
Mint Homes Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Trainee to support the sales and marketing activities of our luxury apartment rental business. The candidate will assist in client interaction, property presentations, B2B lead generation, digital marketing, property tours, and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies for luxury apartment rentals.
· Generate and follow up on potential customer leads through online and offline marketing activities.
· Interact with clients professionally and understand their rental requirements.
· Conduct property tours and explain the key features, facilities, amenities, and benefits of the apartments.
· Coordinate open-house events, property visits, promotional events, and client engagement activities.
· Maintain customer and lead databases and regularly update follow-up status.
· Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
· Collect customer feedback and maintain good client relationships.
· Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
· Prepare weekly sales and marketing activity reports.
Qualifications
· Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Functional knowledge of MS Office, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is preferred. Please include all relevant experience and software used that might be relevant in your application.
· Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
· Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Interested in exploring and expanding knowledge in analytics and the application of agentic tools in the completion of the workflows detailed above.
