Social Media & Content Manager
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and highly organized Social Media & Content Manager to lead our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
This role is responsible for the complete content lifecycle—from strategy and planning to content creation, video production, publishing, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable brainstorming content ideas, shooting videos in our office and factory, editing reels, designing social media creatives, and managing content calendars.
The primary objective of this role is to build brand awareness, strengthen our digital presence, and consistently showcase our company, people, products, projects, and operations through engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's social media content strategy.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Generate creative content ideas aligned with business goals.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photographs within the office and factory.
- Create reels, short-form videos, YouTube content, and social media creatives.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Write captions, content copy, and posting schedules.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Maintain strong project management and deadline discipline.
- Coordinate content production from idea to publication.
- Support paid social campaigns when required (Meta Ads experience is a plus).
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio of content personally created and managed.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of content initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
