Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Management
- Manage and monitor inquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain proper follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and forward them to the Sales Team for further action.
- Maintain lead records and update the status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead conversions and customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide product information and resolve basic customer queries.
- Ensure timely responses and professional communication with clients.
Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
Office Administration
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing stock-related documentation and reports.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain customer databases, records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and other business-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks.
Social Media & Branding Support
- Assist in managing company social media platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies or designers for promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign inquiries and ensure proper lead tracking.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Sales Coordination, Operations, Administration, or Customer Support.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and lead management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
- Basic inventory and stock management knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
