Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & HR Executive who can manage financial operations alongside core HR processes. This is a dual-role position requiring strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, invoices, and ledgers
- Manage billing, invoicing, and follow-ups for payments
- Handle GST filings, TDS, and compliance-related documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reports, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with CA for audits, returns, and financial closures
- Monitor cash flow and vendor payments
2. HR & Admin
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviews coordination)
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Process payroll in coordination with accounts
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Handle employee engagement and basic grievance management
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts and/or HR roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR processes
- Experience with Tally, Excel, and payroll systems
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Compensation
As per industry standards (based on experience and skill set)
