ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth workflow processes, maintaining operational records, and supporting business efficiency. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle vendor, supplier, and customer coordination as required.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and logistics activities (if applicable).
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist management in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Respond to operational queries and resolve issues promptly
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in core operations or warehouse logistics
- Prior background of startup ecosystem
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
