Role Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, handling negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, referrals, and field visits
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with clients for renewals, repeat business, and payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or sales systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
