Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities
- Must have 8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM with a minimum of 2 full cycles implementation.
- At least 2 full implementations experience as a functional consultant in Oracle fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll Management, Absence Management) with Reporting and Data migration experience within the implementation & Support projects.
- Implementation & support of EBS R12 along with fusion is preferred.
- Good Functional knowledge in all Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules.
- Knowledge of ERP table structures & Helping Oracle Technical team on development/customizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have worked in Onsite-Offshore working model.
- SmartView, FRS, OTBI Report & Dashboards (simple) development knowledge preferable.
