Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing academic content, supporting teachers, ensuring curriculum quality, and improving students' learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and improve subject-specific academic content.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, study materials, and assessments.
- Ensure content is accurate, age-appropriate, and aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Provide academic guidance and support to teachers and coordinators.
- Conduct subject training and orientation sessions for teachers.
- Monitor teaching quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in curriculum planning and academic development.
- Research new teaching methodologies and innovative learning techniques.
- Ensure consistency and quality in subject delivery across classes/branches.
- Support the academic team in improving student performance.
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Teaching or academic content development experience preferred.
- Good understanding of school curriculum and assessment methods.
- Ability to train, mentor, and guide teachers.
- Creative, organized, and passionate about education.
Experience: 2+ years preferred (can be modified as per requirement)
Salary: As per experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹10,701.32 - ₹41,642.28 per month
Work Location: In person
