Job Summary
Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled CNC Cutting Operator with 2+ years of experience in the PEB or structural steel fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC cutting machines, ensuring precise cutting of steel components, and maintaining production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC cutting machines for processing steel plates and structural components.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cutting plans, and work orders.
- Set up machine parameters and monitor cutting operations to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Verify material dimensions and conduct quality checks on finished components.
- Optimize material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Cutting Operator, preferably in the PEB or structural steel fabrication industry.
- Knowledge of CNC cutting operations and machine settings.
- Ability to read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work under production deadlines and shift schedules.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in PEB steel structure manufacturing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
