- Proven experience in factory or plant management, preferably in agro-processing or manufacturing industries.
- Strong operational management and people leadership skills.
- Ability to assess existing processes and implement continuous improvements.
- Comfortable working in Tiptur; knowledge of the local region or coir industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team management abilities.
- Ability to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety, and cost efficiency are achieved.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
