About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Call Centre Executives to join our expanding IT solutions team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining our IT services, and supporting the business development team in driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for IT services such as software development, web solutions, cloud services, and digital solutions.
- Clearly explain company products and services in English and Hindi.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
- Stay updated on company offerings and basic IT service knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing/IT preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in call centre, tele calling, or inside sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services is a plus (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction.
