Job description:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Indian Chain Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Accounts Executive focusing on complex receivables management,continues follow-ups, periodical bills receivable / payable statements, advance statements due forappropriation, ensuring data accuracy, generating various periodical reports, maintaining daily BRS,Compliance with ROC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up with Customers which includes Defense, Railways, MNCs for Outstanding Bills Receivables
- Ensuring timely recovery of dues.
- Preparing periodical Statement of Advances given for timely appropriation.
- Maintaining daily BRS. Regular reconciliation of Various Accounts.
- Compliance with ROC.
Preferred Skills
- Computer Literate
- Good Knowledge of Advanced Tally /ERP
- Knowledge of Excel , Word.
- Fluency in English.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting OR Finance
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
