- Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 (for first 2 months)
- After 2 Months: Fixed Salary + Incentives
Key Requirements
- Hindi and tamil speaking is mandatory
- No career gaps
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle coordination tasks efficiently
Job Responsibilities
- Track and update accurate freight information in the system
- Coordinate with clients to secure loads on time by negotiating best rates
- Coordinate with truck drivers to assign and connect loads
- Follow up with warehouse supervisors for timely loading and unloading
