About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and strengthen our distribution network across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and appoint Channel Partners, Distributors, Dealers and Wholesalers.
Develop new markets and strengthen existing business relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales & business development targets.
Generate new business opportunities through market mapping and customer visits.
Manage and motivate channel partners to improve sales performance.
Conduct competitor and market analysis and provide regular market feedback.
Develop strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, dispatches and customer requirements.
Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collection.
Prepare regular MIS, sales reports and market development plans.
Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
5–10 years of experience in B2B / Industrial / Manufacturing sales.
Strong experience in dealer & distributor/channel partner development.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively.
Target-oriented, self-driven and capable of working independently.
Candidates with experience in industrial products, engineering products, tools, spray equipment or similar products will be preferred.
