Role Overview:
We are seeking a client-centric Senior Executive – Customer Service to bridge the gap between our operational execution and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in relationship management and managing tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries and provide proactive, transparent shipment updates.
- Seamlessly coordinate with internal operations teams and overseas agents to track shipments.
- Ensure swift, accurate, and timely resolution of any customer issues or bottlenecks.
- Maintain and elevate our company’s high customer service and communication standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in freight forwarding customer service roles.
- Skills: Superb interpersonal communication, coordination, and customer handling skills.
- Approach: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
