Nila Interiors is hiring a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive for our team.
We are looking for candidates from Kottayam and nearby areas who have good communication skills and are interested in customer handling and interior design services.
The selected candidate will work from our Kollam office. Stay facility will be provided for selected candidates.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Follow up with customer enquiries and leads
- Explain company services and interior solutions
- Schedule customer appointments
- Coordinate with the interior design team
- Maintain customer details and call records
- Ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Good Malayalam communication skills required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Candidates willing to relocate to Kollam preferred
