Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, manpower management, installation work, project coordination, and ensuring timely completion of automation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and practical experience in industrial project execution and site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and monitor manpower, contractors, and technicians at project sites.
- Coordinate installation, assembly, electrical, and mechanical activities as per project requirements.
- Read and understand project drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with project engineers, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and site regulations.
- Resolve site-related issues and support commissioning activities.
- Maintain site reports, attendance records, work progress reports, and documentation.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
- 2–6 years of experience in site supervision, installation, or automation industry.
- Experience handling industrial project site activities and manpower.
- Knowledge of installation processes and project execution.

Working Conditions
Work may involve extensive site visits, travel, long working hours during project execution, and working in industrial environments as per project requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
